  • Profile metadata (Avatar/Profile Picture)
  • Follower counts and historical follower growth
  • Content metrics for specific posts (Likes, Comments, Shares, Views)

Technical & System Data

  • API access and refresh tokens issued by Meta/TikTok
  • Connection logs and system timestamps

  • Strategic evaluation

Data is not used for advertising, resale, or public distribution.

4. Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect via Dashboard
Log in to Dashboard > Setup Section > Click "Disconnect" for Instagram/TikTok.

Revoke Platform Access
Go to Instagram/TikTok Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove funcampaign.id.

Full Data Removal
To request permanent deletion of all historical campaign metrics and profile data, please email 📧 admin@funcampaign.id.

5. Data Security

Stored in company-controlled systems with access restricted to authorized personnel using standard encryption for tokens.

6. Compliance

Complies with Meta Platform Policies, TikTok Developer Terms, and internal corporate data governance standards.
